    The ampersand is the logogram &, representing the conjunction "and". It often appeared as a letter at the end of the Latin alphabet, as for example in Byrhtferð's list of letters from Similarly, & was regarded as the 27th letter of the English alphabet, an example being in M. B. Moore's book The Dixie Primer, for the Little Folks. Do you have any knowledge of the book, or would you be able to guide me in regards to getting the book evaluated or even auctioning it off. I have had this book for a long time now and I am very interested in its worth. I have recently discovered that there is the same book on show in a museum in (Museum E).
